Our Tuition
MOECA Prep's tuition is an annual tuition, however, we are pleased to offer a variety of affordable and flexible tuition payment plans to meet your family's needs.
Tuition and Fee Schedule
Application and Registration Fees (non-refundable) - $100 per child
Annual Re-enrollment Fee - $100 per child
Book and Supply Fees - $200 annually (payable in two $100 installments, every six months)
Preschool Tuition* (includes meals and snacks)
- Full-time enrollment - $225 per week (8 hours per day)
- Part-time enrollment - $150 per week (4 hours per day (morning or afternoon))
Before and After School Program for students in grades K-5*
- AM Program - $100per child/week (includes breakfast)
- PM Program - $100 per child/week (includes snacks)
- AM & PM Program - $170 per child/week (includes breakfasts and snacks)
* MOECA Prep offers a family discount for families enrolling two or more children enrolled in one of our programs. Monthly, quarterly and semi-annual payment plans are available. Families utilizing the Academy's payment plan are required to sign up for the auto-debit program (credit card, debit card or ACH).
In order to reserve a space for your child, we require a completed enrollment application and the non-refundable application/registration fee. Upon acceptance, an enrollment deposit consisting of the first week's tuition payment and one-half of the annual book and supply fees is required to complete the enrollment process.
All fees are to be paid by certified check, money order or credit card. The Academy accepts VISA, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. The Academy does not accept personal checks. All fees must be paid in full and promptly as a condition of continued enrollment.
